近日，世界知識產(chǎn)權(quán)組織前總干事高銳(Francis Gurry)在接受中國新聞網(wǎng)專訪時表示，新的一年帶來希望的同時，也將帶來新的挑戰(zhàn)。一方面，當(dāng)前全球科技競爭愈發(fā)激烈，將為世界各國，尤其是技術(shù)大國，帶來新難題。

　　高銳表示，技術(shù)壟斷、貿(mào)易壁壘等現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)，不利于國際技術(shù)交流和研發(fā)，但他相信，中國作為一個負(fù)責(zé)任的技術(shù)大國，將迎難而上，鞏固其技術(shù)引領(lǐng)優(yōu)勢。

　　While the arrival of the Year of the Snake ignites new hopes, Francis Gurry, former director general of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) warned of new challenges and risks ahead, during an exclusive interview with China News Network.

　　For one thing, the increasingly intense competition in technology will present new problems for countries worldwide, especially technological powerhouses.

　　For another, Gurry pointed out that technological monopolies and trade barriers impede international technological exchange and research. However, he is confident that China, as a responsible global technology leader, will rise to the challenge and strengthen its position at the forefront of technology.
